ALL TIME SOLUTIONSPROPERTY TURNOVER EXPERTS

How We Work

From first look to final walk-through.

Five stages, in order. Each one has to be finished before the next one starts — that sequence is what keeps a turnover on schedule and stops work being done twice.

01

Assess

We understand what your property needs.

02

Plan

We determine the services and finishing work required.

03

Transform

Our team tackles the work needed to prepare the property.

04

Finish

Painting, blinds, cleaning and finishing details bring everything together.

05

Ready

The property is prepared for its next occupants.

Property Turnover

One property.
Many details.
One complete solution.

Before a property is ready for its next tenant, owner or occupant, a long list of small jobs has to be closed out — and every one of them holds up the handover until it’s done. This is the list we work through.

  • Repairs
  • Drywall
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Window Blinds
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Final Preparation

The property is ready.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Where a straight answer would need a number we don’t have yet, we say so rather than publish one that would be wrong for most properties.

How long does a property turnover take?

It depends entirely on the size of the unit and what it needs — a repaint and clean is a very different job from a unit that needs drywall, plumbing and new blinds throughout. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most properties, we give you a timeline after we've seen the space.

Do you handle everything, or do I still need other trades?

The services listed on this site are the ones we take on. Where a job needs something outside that list, we will tell you plainly rather than take it on regardless.

What does it cost?

Quotes are free and based on the actual scope. Tell us the property location, roughly what it needs and when you need it ready, and we'll come back with the next step.

Do you work on occupied properties?

Yes. Turnover work usually happens in a vacant unit, but individual services — painting, blinds, drywall repair, deep cleaning, home automation — can be done in an occupied property.

Which areas do you cover?

The Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. If you are just outside it, ask — it is worth a conversation.
